£18-£21 p/hour
Mon-Fri 08:00-16:30
50% Office based in Northfield - 50% travelling the south of Birmingham
Temporary contract with the potential of becoming a permanent role
Key duties of the Customer Liaison Officer:
Booking in surveys with customers
Travelling out to customers and assisting surveyors
Using systems for data input
Liaising with customers and surveyors to ensure effective communication throughout
Ensuring any customer queries are dealt with and you are gathering feedback on service
General RLO duties as required
The successful Customer Liaison Officer will:
Full Driving Licence and access to own vehicle
Previous experience of working in a customer facing environment
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
Desirable:
Previous undertaking of a similar role
