We are are growing recruitment company who are looking to appoint a local Refurbishment Contractor with a track record in commercial office refurbishment who can create a modern and practical work space for our business over two floors. The project will comprises of:
- The design and construction of full office strip out
- Space planning design to accommodate over 100 staff over two floors
- Office fit out
- Including full mechanical and electrical works
The successful Contractor will be appointed via a tender process and judged on previous track record and price. Tender Assessment Weighting: It should be noted that Tenders will be assessed as a whole, the following is provided as a guide to the assessment weighting as the lowest Tender may not be appointed for the Works, Cost 80%, Programme 20%.
