A well-established Housing Association are looking for a Housing Service Manger to join their team on a temporary basis. You will be responsible for a team 25 officers and three direct reports.

Salary: £41-£46 per hour via umbrella
Contract type: Temporary position to march

The responsibilities of the Housing Service Manager role are:

To support your own team
Carry out end of month performance reports
Assist with customer complaints
Lead on the delivery and implementation of any new tenancy policy
Develop a safe working structure for all services and staff members
Liaise with different departments within the organisation

The ideal Housing Services Manager has:

Previous experience within income collection and managing a team is a must
Have forward thinking to new ways of working
Excellent leadership skills
Be able to work from your own initiative
