We are looking for an experienced Scheduling Manager to join our client's team, overseeing their planning department in property maintenance and building services. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on managing teams, coordinating reactive repairs, and ensuring smooth operational performance. The role starts on-site to build strong team relationships, with hybrid working available after the first month. Scheduling Manager Location: HP2 6BJ Salary: £27-£30 per hour (via umbrella) | £40,000 per annum (if permanent) Key Responsibilities of a Scheduling Manager:
Lead and support a team of 3 planners and 1 administrator.
Manage and coordinate the diaries of 30 operatives, ensuring efficiency.
Oversee the scheduling of reactive repairs, ensuring deadlines are met.
Produce performance data (KPIs) to monitor and improve outcomes.
Escalate issues related to compliance and health and safety.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders.
Promote a culture of trust, inclusion, and diversity.
We Are Keen to Speak to Scheduling Managers With:
Proven experience managing teams in a scheduling or planning role.
Knowledge of property maintenance operations, particularly reactive repairs.
Strong skills in performance monitoring and operational systems.
Excellent communication skills to foster rapport with teams and stakeholders.
