We are currently recruiting for a Tenancy Sustainment Assistant to join a Well-Established Housing Association within the Solihull area.

As a Tenancy Sustainment Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and prioritising your own work load
- Have a basic understanding of the Housing Allocations Policy
- Maintain a series of emails and make sure these are processed correctly
- Undertake the duty of ending tenancies, processing scripts, raising voids, liaise with relevant teams
- Provide support to Tenancy advisors and officers
To be successful as a Tenancy Sustainment Officer, you will have:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent IT skills
- Good knowledge of bookkeeping support
- Experience of dealing with a range of customers over the phone and face to face
