We are currently recruiting for a temporary bank Concierge Officer to join a housing association in the West Midlands. This role is offering an opportunity to gain more experience in a reputable company and a friendly. You will be reporting to the concierge supervisor.
Responsibilities of a Concierge Officer are: • Deal with customer complaints • Monitor money to make sure you are within the budget • Ensure all staff are using relevant PPE and Equipment
Successful Concierge Officer must have: • Management or supervision experience within a Housing association role • A full U.K Driving licence • Ability to communicate Successfully • Basic DBS Required
We are also interested in receiving Email's from Housing Management, Tenancy Supervisor, Concierge Supervisor.
