Resident Liaison Officer

As a Resident Liaison Officer, you will be:

• Acting as the main point of contact between residents and the site team throughout planned works
• Conducting pre-start visits and keeping tenants informed before, during, and after works
• Managing resident queries and complaints professionally and efficiently
• Coordinating access arrangements for operatives and subcontractors
• Supporting vulnerable residents to ensure minimal disruption
• Maintaining accurate records of communications and resident interactions

• Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer within social housing
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Experience supporting planned works, refurbishment, or maintenance programmes
• A calm, organised, and proactive approach to managing resident expectations
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)

Location & Travel

This role is based in Nottingham and will involve travelling between social housing properties across the local area. A driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential due to site-based travel requirements. Mileage between sites will be paid. Nottingham is easily accessible via major road networks including the M1 and A52 and benefits from strong public transport links.
