Key Responsibilities:
Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a compassionate approach to working with vulnerable adults.
Experience or knowledge in supporting individuals with housing benefits, welfare checks, or homelessness services would be advantageous.

- As a Housing Support Officer, you will be responsible for recording details of each contact, updating our systems accurately, and escalating any concerns, repair needs, or other issues.
- The role is primarily office-based, with the position located in Crosby. There will be no client visits required.
