Scheduling Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Scheduling Team Leader to lead a dynamic team delivering key support across responsive repairs, voids, and compliance services, who can enjoy hybrid working and other flexible working arrangements for a great work life balance. Key responsibilities of a Scheduling Team Leader:

• Manage and support the Scheduling and Business Support Officers, ensuring efficient, accurate, and cost-effective operations across voids, reactive repairs and compliance
• Deliver ongoing training and development to the team, promoting multi-skilling and best practice across all workstreams
• Maintain departmental databases, including IT hardware, fleet, sickness, and holidays, ensuring all data is recorded in real time
• Oversee administrative processes and ensure high-quality support that aligns with operational targets and wider property maintenance goals

What we're looking for in a Scheduling Team Leader:

• Proven experience managing teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Skilled in leading change and coaching individuals to reach their potential
• High level of IT proficiency and experience using systems to drive operational efficiency
• Strong numeracy and reporting skills, with the ability to deliver accurate financial and performance data
• Experience in supporting customers and communities with a focus on service excellence
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage competing priorities effectively.
