We are seeking an experienced and proactive Scheduling Team Leader to lead a dynamic team delivering key support across responsive repairs, voids, and compliance services. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive organisation and play a vital role in supporting efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities of a Scheduling Team Leader:
Manage and support the Scheduling and Business Support Officers, ensuring efficient, accurate, and cost-effective operations across voids, reactive repairs and compliance.
Deliver ongoing training and development to the team, promoting multi-skilling and best practice across all workstreams.
Maintain departmental databases, including IT hardware, fleet, sickness, and holidays, ensuring all data is recorded in real time.
Oversee administrative processes and ensure high-quality support that aligns with operational targets and wider property maintenance goals.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience managing teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Skilled in leading change and coaching individuals to reach their potential.
High level of IT proficiency and experience using systems to drive operational efficiency.
Strong numeracy and reporting skills, with the ability to deliver accurate financial and performance data.
Experience in supporting customers and communities with a focus on service excellence.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage competing priorities effectively.
