Are you an experience Recruitment Consultant looking to move into Learning and Development? We’re looking for a Recruitment L&D Consultant to join us in our brand-new Birmingham City Centre offices.
This is a new role focused on training and onboarding junior Recruitment Consultants, ensuring they get flying start to their careers, and helping us grow from a to a team of 120 people by 2028. Reporting to the Learning & Development manager, you will be pivotal in supporting the onboarding and coaching of new talent within the business (consultants from 0 – 6 months).
