We're looking for a Housing Officer to join a local authority in Devon on a temporary 2-month contract with the potential to be extended. This role is offering hybrid and flexible working patterns.

Hourly rate: £21.86
As a Housing Officer you'll be doing:
- Managing a patch of general needs properties across Devon
- Supporting residents with tenancy issues, including low level ASB and safeguarding concerns
- Carrying out estate inspections and tenancy audits
- Working closely with external agencies, contractors, and internal teams to resolve problems
- Promoting tenancy sustainment and resident engagement
