Niyaa People are working with a well-known affordable housing provider in Northampton who are looking for a Asbestos Manager to join their team on a Permanent basis with a competitive salary.
Responsibilities of the Asbestos Manager role:
- Manage asbestos programmes and lift equipment systems
- Being the main point of contact for the programmes and systems
- Improve and implement existing asbestos services to drive customer satisfaction
- Strategically ensuring the programme is reaching all regulatory regulations
- Developing remedial and servicing asbestos programmes for the residential properties
Key skills needed for an Asbestos Manager:
- Managed Asbestos programmes and lift equipment systems
- IOSH management
- P402
- Lift and Escalator Industry Association
