I'm currently working with a maintenance contractor who is looking for a Repairs Administrator to join their team in the Fleet, Hampshire area.
What's being offered? Role: Repairs Administrator Contract: Temporary contract Hours: 08:00-16:00 OR 09:00- 17:00 Location: GU51 / 1-day work from home Salary: £15-£17 / hour, paid weekly via umbrella
As a Repairs Administrator, you will be:
Responding to tenant calls regarding repair issues and addressing queries efficiently
Recording all interactions with residents in the system
Reviewing supervisory or trade reports to identify actions needed to resolve repairs
Liaising with customers and tenants through the phone
To be a successful candidate for the Repairs Administrator role, you must:
Have social housing experience
Have extensive customer service experience
Be a confident communicator via phone and email
Be able to provide solutions to customer needs
