I am currently recruiting for a Repairs Administrator to join a well-established housing association in the Bath area.
The role: Repairs Administrator Contract: 3 month temporary contract Pay: £16.50 / hour (paid weekly, via umbrella) Working pattern: Mon Fri 08:00 17:00 Location: BA2
Responsibilities you will have as a Repairs Administrator:
Arranging and booking in appointments
Raising works on QL system
Chasing repair updates
Sending email reports
Work tray of approx. 30-50 actions per day
As a Repairs Administrator, you must have previous experience in:
Social housing or contractors
Administration
Planner, scheduler or coordinator roles
