We are looking for a HR Advisor to join the team of a well established organisation in the Birmingham area, offering a temporary role within the repairs and maintenance team. This role has great transport links and is offering experience in a reputable company.
HR Advisor Mon- Fri/ Full time Birmingham £22-26ph via umbrella
As a HR Advisor, your main duties are:
Deal with sickness and absences
Manage case work, including final written warnings
New starter pack and feedback
Assisting with on-boarding
Undertaking bench-marking and job evaluations to advise and support in designing JD's
To support on and develop implementation of engagement, inclusion and well-being activities
Support on identifying areas for change and providing advice on the change process
As a HR Advisor, your will need:
To have or be working towards your CIPD Level 5
Experience in dealing with employee relations, sickness and absence, on-boarding
Previous experience in a similar role such as HR administrator, HR officer, ER advisor, ER officer and ER administrator
