I am looking for a Property Surveyor to join a supported housing provider immediately on a 6 month fixed term contract. The Property Surveyor will be responsible for planned and major works surveys across numerous schemes and retirement living villages. This is a field based role and requires travel between sites across the West Midlands, Warwickshire and Oxfordshire. You will be home based and manage your own diary.

You will carry out the project management of a range of asset management projects, undertake checks on contractors and suppliers, and ensure compliance with current CDM regulations.

What is required for the Property Surveyor role:

Experience carrying out structural, major works, and large scale refurbishment projects
Good building technical knowledge including contract specification, administration and project management
Experience working in Social Housing, Care Schemes or Sheltered accommodations
Experience obtaining quotes from multiple contractors
HND/HNC required
