Enjoy 40 days annual leave as a Mechanical and Electrical Surveyor on a permanent basis. You will be managing all contractors and quality checking.

As the Mechanical and Electrical Surveyor, you will be:
- Managing daily compliance tasks following certification
- Completing inspections of the mechanical and electrical systems within a property
- Completing audits and post inspections on the contractors work
- Involved with signing off the EICR’s
Qualifications / Experience:
- NVQ Level 3
- 18th edition
- AM2 or 2391
- Previous experience on the tools as a Mechanical and Electrical Surveyor
- Previous experience overseeing contractors
- Previous experience working with EICR’s
As the Mechanical and Electrical Surveyor, you will receive:
- £42,000 to £47,000
- 11% pension scheme
- 40 days annual leave
- Cycle to work scheme
