Electrical Qualified Supervisor

Enjoy hybrid working, 25 days annal leave in Poole area as a Electrical Qualified Supervisor. This role offers the chance to  sign off electrical certifications and oversee quality/technical compliance standards.

You will be working for a well-known housing provider that values not only their tenants but every stakeholder within the business, ensuring attention to detail, collaboration and a commitment to maintaining high levels of compliance.

As an Electrical Qualified Supervisor, you will be:

• Signing off electrical certification and oversee quality/technical compliance standards
• Planning, organising and supporting internal/external audits; maintain audit readiness
• Providing technical support to engineers as needed (no direct line management responsibility)
• Delivering or coordinate training for engineers where skills gaps are identified
• Supporting apprentices’ development, including liaising with their college and monitoring progress
• Undertaking occasional travel to sites across the South Coast for audit/compliance activity properties

I’d love to speak to any Electrical Qualified Supervisors who has:

• 2391 Testing & Inspecting
• 5+ years’ experience in an Electrical Qualified Supervisor or compliance-focused role
• Qualified electrician with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
• 18th Edition qualified

The Electrical Qualified Supervisor role is offering the following benefits:

• £45,000 – £47,000 (target band)
• Overtime available
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
• Additional birthday day off has been offered in recent years (subject to review)
• Business mileage paid (in line with government guidance); role uses own vehicle initially
• Potential access to a pool/fleet van for longer audit trips (under review)
• Laptop and phone provided
• Hybrid/occasional work-from-home possible after probation
