As a Repairs Manager, you will be:

Taking operational control of the repairs team, ensuring the effective delivery of the responsive repairs service.
Overseeing damp and mould cases, disrepair, and more complex repairs through to successful resolution.
Assisting with the delivery of void works across the housing stock.
Ensuring full compliance with all Health & Safety (HSE) policies and procedures.
Managing and monitoring budgets of up to £4 million, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
Effectively managing sub-contractors and in-house teams to ensure all works are completed to agreed standards and timescales.
Driving continuous improvement in service delivery and customer satisfaction.

We'd love to speak to anyone who has:

At least 3 years' management experience in a property, housing, or maintenance setting.
Proven experience managing responsive repairs services.
Strong budget management skills and the ability to ensure effective use of funds.
A proven track record of service improvement and team leadership.
A sound knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and compliance requirements.
The ability to lead and motivate a multi-disciplined workforce.
