Snagging Surveyor

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Snagging Surveyor to join a rapidly growing SME in the property sector for a competitive salary ranging between £45,000 - £50,000 annually based in the South East region!

This remote Snagging Surveyor role involves conducting detailed property inspections, diagnosing defects, preparing comprehensive reports, and providing expert advice to clients. A key part of the role includes using an app-based reporting tool to streamline the reporting process, enabling high-quality service delivery.

Key Requirements for the successful Snagging Surveyor:

• Relevant qualifications: RPSA or RICS certification (or equivalent).
• Full UK driving license.
• Comfortable with travel, technology, and direct client communication.
• A professional attitude and willingness to learn and improve.

As a Snagging Surveyor, will be supported by a dedicated team who manage client bookings, survey scheduling, and diary management, allowing you to focus on inspections and report generation.
