A well established organisation in the Wolverhampton area are looking for a Repairs Planner with Total & DRS experience to join their team on a ongoing contract to help support the delivery of excellent customer service whilst organising both pre planned and un-appointed maintenance work.
Monday to Friday
Fixed Term contract - 6 months
£15-16 Per Hour
As a Repairs Planner, you will be carrying out the following duties: Ensure that resources are allocated between in-house and external resources to prevent duplicate labour Ensure access is gained to properties to enable surveys/ works to be carried out Coordinate pre planned and reactive works Alert the team to any emerging issues and prevent delays to works Process orders, invoices and other contract documentation
To be successful as a Repairs Planner, you will have experience: In a similar role such as Repairs clerk, helpdesk scheduler, fm planner, facilities administrator etc In a fast paced, performance based role In a maintenance or facilities background
