We are currently working with an established construction company within Bristol, who are looking to add an experienced HR Administrator to their team due to ongoing work. With this role there is a benefit of no weekend work and a potential hybrid work pattern. If you are an experienced Payroll Administrator, Business Support Administrator or Construction Administrator this role may be for you.
HR Administrator Hourly Rate: £15 - £17 via umbrella Temp to Perm Working Hours: Monday - Friday Location: Bristol
As a HR Administrator, you will be working with the HR Director assisting with:
End to end payroll process for all employees
Conducting the onboarding process of new starters including payroll and internal HR set up
Tracking probation periods and appraisals
Handling queries in regards to HR systems
General administration duties
Support recruitment process
To be successful in this HR Administrator role, you will need to:
Be experienced in HR Administration/ Payroll/ Business Administration
Strong administrative skills
Strong team player
Demonstrate a resilient attitude
