Scheduler

We are looking for a Repairs Scheduler to join a Housing Association in Bristol on a 6-month temporary contract with the possibility to go permanent after. This role is offering great benefits and hybrid working.

Hourly rate: £16-£18 p/h via umbrella
Location: Bristol
Hours: 35 hours Mon - Fri

As a Repairs Scheduler you will be doing:

• Assisting the housing department where needed
• Working closely with the repairs team
• Scheduling initial repairs
• Dealing with emails and inbound calls from customers
• First point of contact with customer

Experience required for a Repairs Scheduler

• previous experience in scheduling repairs, preferably within a Housing Association
• excellent Customer Service skills
• ability to organise and priorities a work load
• available within 1 week
