Join a growing contractor as an Asbestos Surveyor, covering the Midlands. This is a great opportunity to join an expanding business within social housing, completing inspections across a varied property portfolio

The organisation has an established market presence and continues to secure new regional social housing projects. You’ll become part of a developing compliance team, balancing site visits with home-based duties.
We’d like to hear from people who have worked as an Asbestos Surveyor, Consultant, Inspector, or within a comparable position.
As an Asbestos Surveyor, you will be:

Completing asbestos surveys within social housing properties
Preparing reports and relevant paperwork
Following current legislation, standards and guidance
Keeping records and inspection details accurate

We’d love to speak to candidates who have:

P402 qualification
Previous surveying experience from 1year+
Social housing background

The Asbestos Surveyor package includes:

Hybrid working
Permanent position
23 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Salary: £34,000-£38,000 depending on experience
Location & travel:Based across the Midlands, with regional travel required. The position combines site attendance with home-based duties where suitable.
