Senior Contracts Manager – Passive Fire Protection

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join a growing passive fire protection contractor during an ambitious period of expansion.

This Senior Contracts Manager opportunity is suited to a commercially driven leader with a proven track record of growing a business. Whether you've secured new contracts, increased turnover, developed client relationships, expanded teams, or played a key role in business growth, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact.

As Senior Contracts Manager, you'll take ownership of operational delivery while driving commercial success. You'll be responsible for developing new client relationships, winning contracts, building and leading an operations team from the ground up, and helping shape the future direction of the business during an exciting period of growth.

What we're looking for:

Strong knowledge of the passive fire protection sector.
Experience with fire doors, fire-rated ceilings, compartmentation, and passive fire solutions.
Commercial awareness with the ability to win work and build lasting client relationships.
A proven record of growing teams, projects, or business performance.
Strong leadership and people management experience.

Negotiable salary based on experience.
