Take on a permanent position as a Compliance Surveyor which is offering great benefits including annual leave, a pension scheme, and training/development. As a Compliance Surveyor, you will be working on social housing properties across the East Midlands, and visiting their offices in Leicester and Derby.

You will complete property inspections in alignment with the big 6, throughout social housing properties. This is the perfect opportunity to step into a new challenge if you already have demonstratable experience in compliance.

I’d love to see CVs from anyone who has worked as a Compliance Surveyor, or someone with compliance experience, HNC/HND qualifications, and a strong social housing background.

As a Compliance Surveyor, you will be:

Conducting property inspections across domestic residential properties, identifying maintenance issues and assessing property condition
Carrying out compliance surveys to ensure properties met relevant safety, regulatory, and housing standards
Raising and submitting detailed work orders for repairs, maintenance, and remedial works, ensuring timely follow-up and completion
Liaising regularly with contractors and suppliers, ensuring effective contract management and administration

Knowledge of big 6 standards
Relevant qualifications to support their technical expertise

Location & travel:
This role covers vistiting sites for surveys within the East Midlands area, with offices located in Leicester and Derby.
