You’ll be working for a major housing association in the Southampton area, known for providing long-term opportunities and a strong team environment. This is an organisation where you’ll be valued for your contribution and given stability in your role as a Multi Trade Carpenter.
As a Multi Trade Carpenter you will be:
- Carry out full property inspections to identify required carpentry and multi-trade repairs before re-letting
- Install, repair, or adjust door frames, linings, architraves, skirting boards, and ironmongery
- Fit and repair kitchen units, worktops, plinths, and pelmets
- Install or repair bathroom fixtures including bath panels and boxing-in pipework
- Complete reactive maintenance tasks across trades including basic plumbing (tap changes, waste repairs), minor tiling, and patch plastering
I’d love to speak to anyone who has:
- Previous Multi trades experience within the social housing sector
- A full UK driving licence
- The ability to commute to and from site reliably
- Ability to complete a DBS check
- Extra trade skills are an advantage
This Multi Trade Carpenter role is offering the following benefits:
