Carpenter Multi Trade Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out a wide range of carpentry tasks, particularly in kitchen and bathroom fitting
- Completing basic plumbing works
- Laying various types of flooring
- Painting, decorating, and general maintenance duties
- Working across both tenanted and void properties
Carpenter Multi Trade Requirements
- Experienced in a similar Multi Trade/Carpentry role
- Experience working within social housing environments
- Proven ability to work in both void and tenanted properties
- Own tool
- Competitive hourly rate of £22–£23 per hour
- Weekly pay
- Long-term, ongoing contract
- Company van and fuel card provided
