I'd be keen to see applications from anyone with experience in multi-skilled maintenance, whether you've previously worked as a Multi Trade Operative, Multi Skilled Operative, Property Maintenance Technician, or a Tradesperson looking to move into a varied social housing role.

As a Multi Trade Operative you will be:
• Carrying out a wide range of maintenance and repair works within social housing properties
• Completing tasks across trades such as carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, and basic painting & decorating
• Undertaking responsive repairs and minor planned works
• Diagnosing and resolving maintenance issues efficiently
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with health and safety requirements and company standards

I'd love to speak to anyone who has:

• A full UK driving licence
• Proven experience in a multi-trade or property maintenance role
• Experience working within social housing or domestic properties
• Strong all-round trade skills, ideally with a core trade background
• The ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
