Floor Layer
Halesowen 220 - 240 per day Contract

I'm looking for a Floor Layer for a social housing contract working on properties in the Sandwell area. The work will be in tenanted social housing properties and the Floor layer will have to:
- Install full floors (flat lay vinyl, laminate, carpet)
- Cap and cove with your own welder
- Complete day to day repairs
- Liaise with tenants and other trades
I am interested in speaking to a Floor Layer who:
- Has experience working on social housing contracts
- Holds a full UK Driving Licence
- Has his own Van
In return, the Floor Layer will receive:
- £220 - £240 per day
- 37-40 hours a week
- Mileage cover
- Ongoing contract
