- Covering all the big 6
- Surveying properties
- Effectively manage and monitor budgets
- Make sure that all information is updated and the information is accurate
- Manage contractors and ensure the compliance of the business is effectively achieved
Qualifications the Compliance Surveyor will need:
- Previous experience in social housing within compliance
- Experience checking contractors work
- Surveying the big 6
