Repairs Surveyor

Cheltenham 30 - 35 per hour Contract

Enjoy hybrid working and a rewarding contract opportunity as a Surveyor in Gloucestershire. I am seeking an experienced Repairs Surveyor with experience in managing low level Housing repairs up to the value of £40,000. As a Repairs Surveyor, you will be responsible for carrying out property inspections and ensuring the provision of excellent service to resident and leaseholder customers.

This role will be working throughout Gloucestershire, it will offer Hybrid working, with 3 days per week on patch and 2 days per week working from home.

Experience in managing social housing repairs
Experience in a construction based profession
Experience managing small scale works

Drawing specifications and raising and progressing works orders
Maintaining customer relations in occupied properties
Project Management experience desirable
Ability to use software provided
Basic computer skills desirable
