You'll be supporting the Property Support Team in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of property operations, handling administrative tasks, and managing property data. This is a great role for someone who enjoys working with data, coordinating tasks, and offering valuable support to a busy team as an Administrator.

As an Administrator, you will be:
Maintaining accurate property records and managing databases
Assisting with the preparation and processing of contracts, reports, and invoices
Handling property-related enquiries and liaising with tenants, contractors, and suppliers
Tracking maintenance schedules and coordinating inspections
Updating and managing data using Excel (advanced skills required)
Ensuring effective communication between internal teams, contractors, and clients

Strong administrative experience, ideally within property management or a similar environment
Advanced Excel skills (including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis)
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A proactive, problem-solving approach with great attention to detail
The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
Key Requirements for the Administrator Role:
Previous experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within property management
Strong Microsoft Excel skills (advanced)
The ability to stay organised and manage competing priorities
A positive, team-oriented attitude and a strong work ethic
