We are offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Floor Layer to join a respected contractor working on tenanted social housing properties in the South Birmingham area.
As a Floor Layer, you will:
- Install and lay vinyl flooring across various residential and commercial properties, ensuring a smooth, durable finish.
- Carry out floor preparation and repairs, including subfloor levelling, to create an optimal surface for vinyl installation.
- Ensure precise fitting and cutting of vinyl tiles or sheets to suit room dimensions and layouts, delivering a seamless appearance.
We're Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Tiler, or Multi Trade Operative
- Ideally, experience working in social housing
- Strong knowledge of Laying techniques
- A Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle
- Relevant qualification or equivalent experience in a similar role
