Damp & Mould Inspector

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with the introduction of Awaabs Law, where your damp and mould knowledge will directly support the reduction of cases for this HA while working in a professional and supportive environment.

You will be joining a well-established organisation know for its commitment to high-quality care and compliance. This role is perfect for a self-motivated Damp and Mould Inspector looking to make an immediate impact in a supportive, fast paced environment.

As a Damp and Mould Inspector, you will be:

• Carry out general day-to-day maintenance tasks
• Conduct reactive maintenance and damp and mould inspections
• Schedule and coordinate day-to-day repair work
• Identify the root cause of maintenance issues and oversee trades on site while they carry out repairs

I'd love to speak to anyone who has:

• Experience in diagnosing repairs and undertaking repairs inspections to residential properties
• Ability to work at pace and adapt to change
• Experience within social housing
• Experience with carrying out damp and mould inspections

The interim role is offering:

• Hybrid working
• Business mileage covered
• Weekly pay via Umbrella
• The role is offering a competitive hourly rate of £35 - £40 per hour

Location & travel

This role is a hybrid opportunity with 3 days on patch in Worcestershire and 2 days working from home. Business mileage is covered with hybrid working offering an excellent work life balance.
