Partnerships Manager

We're currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Partnerships Manager - Supply Chain & Housing to join their team delivering management services across housing frameworks in the London, Waterloo area. This is a key role focused on managing supplier relationships, supporting members, and driving business development within the housing sector. This position is offering a full-time permanent contract.

The Partnerships Manager will receive:

• Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 (DOE) + car allowance
• Pension scheme: 5% contribution matching employee contribution
• Holiday: 25 days per annum pro rata to the start date (financial and holiday years run July to June) plus statutory bank holidays
• Hybrid working options
• Full-time permanent contract

Key responsibilities:

• Manage supply chain relationships to support frameworks, contracts, and DPS programmes
• Provide operational support to the Member Services Team and supply chain partners
• Onboard and maintain relationships with new and existing suppliers
• Support mobilisation and delivery of member programmes and call-off contracts
• Assist in the negotiation of call-off contracts to maximise value for members.
• Identify consultancy and business development opportunities to add value to members
• Support events, including seminars, roundtables, and conferences, while maintaining strong supply chain relationships
• Ensure accurate record-keeping, reporting, and monitoring of social value and CSR activities
• Keep abreast of legislative or sector changes affecting delivery of services

Requirements for the Partnerships Manager position:

• Previous experience in supply chain management, partnerships, or business development within the housing or construction sector
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships
• Organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Full UK driving licence
• Knowledge of public procurement rules, commercial contractual arrangements, or social housing frameworks is desirable
• Confident, resilient, and able to work as part of a team
