Our client is looking to hire a dedicated and passionate Housing Officer for a temporary contract in Leicester.
Key responsibilities as a Housing Officer:
- Provide comprehensive housing and estate management services
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and external partners
- Ensure proactive management of estate and tenancy issues
- Collaborate with in-house teams and external agencies to maintain safe and secure homes
- Promote and facilitate community events to improve customer outcomes
- Address anti-social behaviour promptly and effectively
- Support customers with tenancy-related queries and change
Housing Officer requirements:
- A commitment to providing excellent customer service and building constructive relationships
- previous experience in a front facing tenant role
- Basic DBS clearance
- Full UK driving license

- Pay rate: £25-£27 per hour via umbrella
