Leicester 35 - 40 per hour Contract

I am seeking an experienced Asset Surveyor with experience in planned and capital investment works to join my leading client in the East Midlands on an initial 3 months contract. As a Building Surveyor, you will be responsible carrying out property inspections and ensuring the provision of excellent service to resident and leaseholder customers.

Successful candidates will have a HNC or HND Surveying qualification or a BSc in Surveying

Responsibilities of the Asset Surveyor:

Oversee the planned maintenance on the clients side for roofs, chimneys, render and pointing, windows, flat entrance and communal doors
Carry out all property inspections including planned works, voids, stock condition surveys, disrepair claims and high value repairs
Drawing specifications and raising and progressing works orders
Maintaining customer relations in occupied properties
Contract management
HHSRS/ Decent Homes work
