I am looking for a Estates Surveyor to join a Local Authority in the Northamptonshire area. The main purpose of this role is to ensure the local Authority's commercial land and property portfolio is efficiently managed to protect the capital investment and generate capital and revenue surpluses.
Duties of the Estates Surveyor:
Inspect, Survey, Value, negotiate, report upon and conclude all cases allocated including; acquisitions, disposals, easements, licenses, appropriations, insurance, purchase and blight notices, agricultural tenancies, telecom masts and residential feasibility studies.
Prepare cases for arbitration and attend County Court as expert witness as required
Undertake the end of year Asset Register reports and sign off as a registered Valuer.

What the Estates Surveyor needs:
Experience in a similar role
MRICS or RICS Registered Valuer
Full, clean driving licence
