Niyaa people are on the lookout for a well experienced Building Surveyor to join a consultancy based in South East London. This role will be focusing on JCT and SHDF contracts on the residential side.
Role- Building Surveyor
Salary- £60,000 (negotiable)
Location- Eltham
Hybrid split- 3 days in office

- Conduct through building surveys on residential properties
- Project manage retrofit and refurbishment works

Skills needed for the Building Surveying role:
- Must have worked for a consultancy beforehand
- JCT or SHDF contract experience
- Building surveying experience
- RICS or CIOB (desirable)
