As the Senior Fire Safety Manager, you will be:
- Managing and delivering the fire safety and passive fire social housing contracts, including the fire door and fire stopping programme
- Ensuring all works are in line with current regulations and meetings BS 999 and industry accreditations including BM TRADA, FIRAS and LPS
- Liaising with external clients, local authorities and internal teams across the organisation
- Leading the fire safety team providing coaching and training to ensure high performance
Experience and qualifications:
- Managed multiple fire safety projects within social housing and local authorities
- Strong knowledge of up to date legislations
- Relevant fire qualification or membership such as NEBOSH Fire
- Experience in a senior leadership role
