We are currently working with a leading housing association in the Worcestershire area, looking for an experienced Compliance Officer to join their expanding team.
As the Compliance Officer you will be:
Leading contractor meetings
Supporting the Compliance Manager with day to day duties
Reviewing compliance certificates and ensuring all documentation is completed to a good standard
Inputting data onto relevant systems
Minute taking
Qualifications/experience for the Compliance Officer role:
Experience dealing with the big 6 of compliance
Social housing experience
Desirable experience working within Legionella, Asbestos and Fire
