We are currently working with a leading housing association, looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join the Governance and Executive team to support them with planning agendas and minuting meetings.

- Diary management for the Executive team
- Supporting with agendas and meeting preparations
- Accurate and high quality minutes for board and committee meetings
- Managing inboxes and and responding to queries from the business and customers
- Regular data protection checks
To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in, but not limited to:
- Supporting executive teams within a working background
- Social Housing
- Providing timely and high quality minutes for meetings
