A well-established Housing Association are looking for a Senior Housing Officer to join their team on a temporary basis in a independent living Scheme. You will be responsible for assessments, case management and working with external partners.
The responsibilities of the Senior Housing Officer role are: To support in relation to line management Support with compliance and local authorities To oversee audits, supervisions and weekly report Adapt to complex that all necessary paperwork and records are effectively maintained and are accessible To ensure customers have a range of methods to obtain quality and informative advice, information and signposting of housing
The ideal Senior Housing Officer has: Previous experience in a similar role within social housing Knowledge of the local area and surroundings Excellent admin skills including Microsoft packages Knowledge of managing a team
