I am on the lookout for a Compliance Administrator to join a well-respected company on a permanent basis.
The role will be working on works relating to planned maintenance and the remedials following them. You will be in a team of 3 reporting to the compliance manager.
Day to day tasks of the Compliance Administrator include:
Scheduling planned maintenance tasks in for engineers
Taking calls from engineers and contractors and resolving issues they have
Raising purchase order numbers for contractors and engineers.
Booking in visits with sites.
Taking certification, reviewing it and raising remedials if required.
Making sure planned maintenance and remedials are completed within their fixed SLA.

To be successful in the Compliance Administrator role you must have:
Worked in an office-based environment before. (preferably FM based)
Good knowledge of office-based systems such as Excel and word.
Keen attention to detail.
Understands and adheres to procedures.
Friendly with a good phone manor.
Works well in a team and independently.
Works to timelines well and self-motivated.
Good understanding of IT equipment to learn how to use our own CAFM system and the clients.
Good problem-solving skills.
