Maintenance Administrator Hourly Rate: £15-£16 via Umbrella Temp to Perm Working Hours: Monday - Friday Location: Cheltenham
As a Maintenance Administrator you will be working on the repairs team assisting with: ·Administrative support to the repairs team ·Regular contact with operatives, ensuring the workload is completed within time frames ·Collectively working towards targets with the maintenance team ·Managing customer care operatives' workloads ·General admin duties ·Schedule/plan appointments into appropriate work programmes ·Ensuring operatives workloads are maximised to optimise jobs completed
To be successful in this Maintenance Administrator role you will need to: ·Be an experienced Scheduler/ Repairs Administrator/ Repairs Coordinator ·Have great communication both written and verbal ·Have previous Social Housing experience
