Take on an ongoing contract role with consistent work as an Electrician, carrying out kitchen and bathroom rewires within social housing properties in Birmingham (Shard End area).

This is a great opportunity to join a well-established contractor delivering planned works in occupied homes. With a steady pipeline of work and localised jobs, this role offers reliable day-to-day consistency without long travel times.

I’d love to see CVs from anyone who has worked as an Electrician, Domestic Electrician, Installation Electrician or Social Housing Electrician.

As an Electrician, you will be:

Carrying out kitchen and bathroom electrical rewires
Working within occupied social housing properties
Completing installations to a high standard
Working efficiently to meet programme deadlines
Operating as part of a wider team on site

I’d love to speak to anyone who has:

Gold Card electrician status (preferred)
Experience within social housing, ideally kitchen and bathroom rewires
18th Edition Wiring Regulations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant health and safety awareness (manual handling, working at height, asbestos awareness – or willingness to obtain)
