Electrician

Enjoy a long-term Electrician role with a company van, fuel card, varied work and the opportunity to secure a permanent position. Join a well-established building services and renewables contractor working across Salisbury, Bournemouth, Southampton and the surrounding areas.

This is a great opportunity to take on consistent work across domestic properties, with occasional light commercial projects including schools, businesses and healthcare environments. You’ll be carrying out a mix of remedials, reactive maintenance, fault finding and small project works, with the support of an experienced and organised team.

I’d love to see CVs from anyone who has worked as an Electrician, Electrical Tester, Maintenance Electrician or Reactive Repairs Electrician.

As an Electrician, you will be:

• Completing electrical remedial works following EICR reports
• Carrying out reactive maintenance, breakdowns and fault finding
• Completing small first-fix works linked to kitchen and bathroom projects
• Supporting domestic rewires when required
• Carrying out heating controls wiring and repairs
• Assisting with lighting replacements and upgrade programmes
• Working independently across multiple sites
• Delivering a professional service to tenants and clients

I’d love to speak to anyone who has:

• Experience working across domestic properties
• Strong fault finding and remedial experience
• Confidence completing works from EICR reports
• Experience with reactive maintenance and repairs
• Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification
• 18th Edition desirable
• AM2 advantageous
• ECS or CSCS card

This role is covering Salisbury, Bournemouth, Southampton and the surrounding areas, with work also across Poole, Andover, Amesbury and nearby locations. You’ll be working across a regional patch, with a van and fuel card provided to support travel between jobs.
