Started August the 4th 2021, after the pandemic
4. What makes you want to stay at our business?
- The opportunity to progress and better my future, as well as my professional experience within recruitment. I like having a clear path of progression and something to work towards.
- I want to buy a house and a car by 2023, want my own personal space that I’ve worked towards and earned myself. It’s something to show for all of my hard work.
5. What do you look forward to at work?
- The culture of the company is second to none, having a happy workplace is imperative to my progression. Being happy at work ensures that I have the motivation to work hard, hit targets and make money.
- Friendly working environment, team players and everyone’s friendly and supportive and happy to help whenever they can. Everyone’s positive and looks out for each other, which gives me motivation. You can see success, and you can see people progressing, it gives you more motivation.
6. How does your current job compare with previous jobs you’ve had?
My previous job didn't provide me with a future or motivation, it was just a means to an end. No excitement to go other than money, and that’s not the be all and end all of happiness.
