If you are looking for a new role working with a well-established company carrying out Multi Trade maintenance jobs within the retail sector across the Midlands then this might be the perfect opportunity for you.
This is a permanent contract with a company van and fuel card supplied from your first day.
You will be required to carry out a minimum of 45 hours work per week in which you will be paid travel after the first 30 minutes of your commute each way.
You will be working as part of a team carrying out pre planned maintenance & reactive maintenance.
Current job role for the Multi Trade Operative:
General building maintenance
Carrying out PPM's
Ability to work independently
To be successful for the role as a Multi Trade you must have the following:
Qualified in your respective background (Carpentry/ Plumbing)
Asbestos awareness, IPAF, Pasma are all a bonus but not essential
Full UK licence
Be willing to have a DBS check carried out
Basic electrical knowledge is a bonus
Ability to work independently
In return the Multi Trade will receive:
Annual Leave, 25 days + bank holidays
Company pension scheme
Time & half pay if required to work Saturdays
Overtime can be paid or added to time in lieu
